The unusual three-day Nor’easter is over, done, history. However, a coastal flood advisory remains in effect until Sunday.
The rain has stopped in Ocean City, Maryland, the wind is down to 10-20 mph, our high temperature Saturday will be about 59. The sky remains overcast Saturday. I think the surf will continue a little heavier than usual Saturday, and probably Sunday as well.
The low Saturday night will be around 54, with winds diminishing to 5-10 mph.
The forecast for Sunday is overcast with a balmy high of 66, but I continue to hold out hope for the possibility of sunshine on Sunday.
The forecast for Monday is partly cloudy, with some sunshine.
Enjoy the weekend. I hope to have more storm photos up on Monday, and hopefully an assessment of the extent of beach erosion by Monday or Tuesday.
Ocean City is fortunate to have come through the storm unscathed, with probably only minor to moderate beach erosion.
