Schaefer as Director of The Maryland Office of International Trade in Brussels, Belgium. We had several very pleasant contacts in those years, including my visits to Maryland and on Gov. Schaefer's trips to Europe. Governor Schaefer did excellent work promoting Maryland: Investment, Tourism, Trade and Exports from Maryland business enterprises in those years. I would like to pass along my best regards to Governor Schaefer and perhaps visit him when I come to Maryland to stay with my 3 sons, who now live and work there. I have retired, left Europe, and now live in Canada, where I expect to remain for many years to come; although I do visit Baltimore often. Ronald E. Baker P.O.
